ВПЛИВ КУРАТОРА АКАДЕМІЧНОЇ ГРУПИ НА ФОРМУВАННЯ КОРПОРАТИВНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ СТУДЕНТІВ

Abstract
. In the study reveals the essence of the concepts «corporate culture», «curator», «curator of the academic group». The peculiarities of influence and role of the curator of the academic group on the process of forming the corporate culture of students are determined. Structural components of the corporate culture of the personality are defined. The effective language of the process of formation of the corporate culture of the personality is characterized. Important functions of corporate culture are identified. Information on pedagogical support is presented as an important organizational and pedagogical support for the formation of the corporate culture of students in the educational environment of the university. The essence of the analytical, communicative, organizational and social functions of the curator of the academic group is explained. Tasks of the curator of the academic group on the formation of the corporate culture of the student collective are considered.
