ВПЛИВ НАЯВНОСТІ ХРОНІЧНОГО НЕКАЛЬКУЛЬОЗНОГО ХОЛЕЦИСТИТУ НА ПЕРЕБІГ ІШЕМІЧНОЇ ХВОРОБИ СЕРЦЯ

Abstract
According to the literature, the peculiarity of the pathology of the bile ducts at the present stage is its increasing frequency in combination with diseases of the cardiovascular system, in particular, IHD, and for many years the constant connection caused diseases of the biliary tract and the cardiovascular system. Now it is known that diseases of the gallbladder and IHD have many common risk factors: excessive consumption of fatty and high-calorie foods, hypercholesterolemia, sedentary lifestyle, obesity, smoking, middle and old age. However, the question of the influence of gallbladder diseases on the development of clinico-functional changes in the cardiovascular system has not been studied so far, as a possible risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. The marker of predisposition to ischemic heart disease is hyperlipidemia, which in turn is a reflection of complex neurohumoral and metabolic shifts and the influence of other factors that play an important role in the formation of stones. The study of the role of the pathology of the biliary system as one of the possible factors for the development of coronary heart disease will allow us to work out a certain tactic for its prevention.
