Ways of developing a cash crisis in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the emergence and formation of a debt crisis in Ukraine. Analysis of countries with the smallest external debt and countries with the largest volume of external debt is given. The dynamics of the formation of Ukraine's external debt in the period of 2006 - 2017 is presented. Indicators of external debt are determined. The reasons of the external debt dependence of the countries and the ways of overcoming the debt crisis are considered. It also identifies ways to overcome the debt crisis, which is expedient to use for the realities of the Ukrainian economy. The introduction identifies literature on aspects and problems of the effective management of gross external debt. The purpose of the research is established. It is indicated that the methodological and informational basis of the work are scientific works, materials of periodicals, Internet resources, normative - legal acts, concerning foreign economic relations of the countries. It is noted that the article uses methods of structural - logical analysis, comparison and generalization of ways of forming and overcoming of debt crises in Ukraine. The results of the work are to identify the countries with the smallest and largest debts. Indicators of external debt of the country are determined. The reasons and consequences of the formation of external debt in Ukraine are considered. The dynamics of external debt formation in independent Ukraine is presented. The ways of overcoming the debt crisis, shaken in the world practice are determined. Among them: write-off and redemption of debt, securitization and exchange of debts on shares of national enterprises. The conclusions of the work identified the problems that prevent the debt crisis, as well as the beginning of positive changes in the country's economy. The ways of the Ukrainian economy's exit from the external debt crisis are proposed.
