WAYS OF WOMAN INTEGRATION INTO THE ARMED FORCES OF UKRAINE: PEDAGOGICAL ASPECT

Abstract
The archival materials concerning the participation of women in the military traditions of Ukrainian troops in different historical periods were worked up and the international experience in the integration of women in the armies of developed countries was summarized. There are presented types of strategies of women integration into the army in the retrospective and contemporary aspects. On specifi c examples there was demonstrated the presence of discriminatory legislation that limits the integration of women in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The experiment showed the dominance in military and public opinion against gender stereotypes of women in the army. Typical problems were enlightened according to the integration of woman into modern Ukrainian army as well as the importance of gender approach as a determining factor in the process of restructuring the army of a democratic society.
