Ways to improve the quality of distance learning in higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

Abstract
The authors has considered the implementation in distance learning remote component on the basis of modern information technologies. A brief analysis of the existing basic education initiatives leading companies in the form of e-learning remote. Article allows to make an in-formed choice of educational services and to carry out concrete steps to implement them in the learning process. The use of modern information and communication technologies in the learning process will improve the quality of training in the MIA institutions, as well as to reduce the material costs of their education. The materials will be useful to persons engaged in the management and planning of the educational process of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine and universities engaged in the introduction of modern information technologies.
