Ways to reduce conflicting personalities in the educational institutions

Abstract
The article presents an analysis of the main causes of the conflict in an educational institution. The ways of reducing the level of conflict of personality are proposed. The proposed measures to reduce the level of conflict are a set of administrative-economic and socio-psychological methods and, in general, can be an effective method for reducing the number of conflicts in an educational institution.
