Właściwości tribologiczne powłok tlenku aluminium modyfikowanych węglem

Abstract
W artykule przedstawiono tribologiczne i stereometryczne właściwości powłok tlenku aluminium modyfikowanych węglem. Powłoki zostały wytworzone na stopie aluminium EN-AW-5251 technologią dwustopniową. Osnowę powłok kompozytowych stanowiła warstwa tlenkowa wytworzona metodą anodowania twardego, która następnie została poddana modyfikacji w procesie napylania próżniowego. Powłoki badano w skojarzeniu z tworzywami PEEK/BG oraz T5W. Testy tribologiczne przeprowadzono na testerze T-17 dla ruchu posuwisto-zwrotnego w warunkach tarcia technicznie suchego.<br/><br/>
