Abstract
W artykule scharakteryzowano m.in. cykl życia projektu i budowlany proces inwestycyjny. Spośród obszarów wiedzy metodyk zarządzania projektami wyróżniono elementy procesu zarządzania ryzykiem w projektach, a w szczególności wybrane metody identyfikacji czynników ryzyka. Zwrócono uwagę na uniwersalność, wady, zalety i rezultaty tych metod, pod kątem zastosowania ich podczas realizacji projektu budowlane-go.
