Wydzielanie śliny a występowanie niektórych drobnoustrojów w jamie ustnej u chorych z zespołem Sjögrena

Abstract
Cel pracy: ocena związku między szybkością wydzielania śliny i jej zdolnością buforową, a występowaniem niektórych drobnoustrojów w jamie ustnej u chorych z zespołem Sjögrena. Materiał i metody: badaniem objęto 45 kobiet w wieku 23-68 lat, u których rozpoznano pierwotny lub wtórny zespół Sjögrena. Kontrolę stanowiło 41 ogólnie zdrowych kobiet, w porównywalnym wieku. Zbadano szybkość wydzielania śliny spoczynkowej i stymulowanej. Wyniki: u chorych z zespołem Sjögrena obserwowano istotny związek między wydzielaniem śliny spoczynkowej i stymulowanej oraz jej zdolnością buforową, a występowaniem Lactobacillus, Neisseria i Staphylococcus aureus. Nie stwierdzono istotnej zależności między występowaniem Candida albicans, a szybkością wydzielania śliny, ale ujemną korelację stwierdzono w przypadku innych gatunków grzybów: C. tropicalis, C. glabrata i C. krusei. Podsumowanie: stwierdzono istotne zależności między szybkością wydzielania śliny i jej zdolnością buforową, a występowaniem niektórych drobnoustrojów w jamie ustnej u chorych z zespołem Sjögrena.
