Wykorzystanie metody CARVPER+Shock do wstępnej oceny ryzyka powodziowego

Abstract
Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie autorskiej metody oceny ryzyka powodziowego w kontekście wymogów stawianych przez Dyrektywę Powodziową. Metoda nosi nazwę CARVPER+Shock i opiera się na ocenie ośmiu atrybutów: krytyczności, dostępności, powrotu do stanu przed powodzią, podatności, przygotowania, efektu oraz szoku. Ocena pozwala na ustalenie wskaźnika ryzyka powodziowego.
