Wypadki i kolizje drogowe pojazdów ratownictwa medycznego

Abstract
The paper presents results of the analysis of the road accidents involving the medical rescue vehicles in the activities area of SP ZOZ Lublin in the years 2008-2016. An activity parameter of Emergency Medical Services of Lublin district has been assessed in comparison to the rest of districts in Poland. In the introduction are discussed norms and conditions of moving of the privileged vehicles in the road traffic. The whole considerations completed by discussion about the main indicators of accidents in Poland, show the positive trend for improvement of the road safety in years 2008-2016.
