ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА МИКРОФЛОРЫ ПАРОДОНТАЛЬНЫХ КАРМАНОВ, ИММУНОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ ПЕРИФЕРИЧЕСКОЙ КРОВИ И РОТОВОЙ ЖИДКОСТИ БОЛЬНЫХ ПАРОДОНТИТОМ

Abstract
In this abstract was given the characteristics of microbial flora of periodontal pockets and immunological parameters of peripheral blood and oral fluid in patients with periodontitis disease. It was found that in 36% of cases in patients with periodontitis, reactions of increased activation and re-activation are recorded, and in 4% there is a failure of adaptation - stress. The study of integral leukocyte indices revealed prevalence of macrophage monocyte reactions in 92% of patients and delayed type hypersensitivity in 68% of cases. A change in the cytokine profile was established, which suggests that the role of imbalance in the cytokine profile in the pathogenesis of the disease can be assumed. In 100% of patients with periodontitis, there was a decrease in the concentration of secretory immunoglobuline A in the oral fluid, which indicated a defect in the main line of protection in the oral cavity.
