Z problematyki umów prorogacyjnych w sprawach z zakresu prawa pracy

Abstract
Tematem artykułu jest zagadnienie dotyczące ustalania właściwości sądu pierwszej instancji w postępowaniu odrębnym w sprawach z zakresu prawa pracy. Rozważana jest ponadto możliwość zawierania umów prorogacyjnych w sprawach pracowniczych. Problematyka obejmuje syntetycznie zebrane na ten temat poglądy doktryny i orzecznictwa. Analizie poddane zostały zarówno przepisy ogólne postępowania cywilnego, jak i postępowania odrębnego w sprawach z zakresu prawa pracy dotyczące ustalania właściwości sądu. Artykuł zawiera nowatorskie spojrzenie autorki na tematykę ustalania właściwości miejscowej sądu pierwszej instancji oraz zawierania umów prorogacyjnych w sprawach z zakresu prawa pracy.<br/><br/>
