Zadania kontrolne kuratora sądowego dla dorosłych wykonującego orzeczenie/a sądu

Abstract
Celem niniejszego opracowania jest przedstawienie w sposób skondensowany zadań realizowanych przez kuratora sądowego dla dorosłych w systemie polskiej polityki karnej. Z uwagi na charakter oraz sam temat niniejszego opracowania, szczególny akcent został położony na zadania kontrolne kuratora sądowego, wykonującego orzeczenia w sprawach karnych, w ramach realizowanych przez niego zadań i obowiązków, znajdujących się na etapie postępowania wykonawczego.<br/><br/>
