Zagrożenia zdrowotne związane z genetycznie modyfikowaną żywnością (GMF)

Abstract
Od czasu kiedy produkcja żywności modyfikowanej genetycznie stała się faktem, coraz więcej uwagi przywiązuje się do oceny bezpieczeństwa i potencjalnych zagrożeń związanych z rozpowszechnieniem się GMO. Szczególnie dużo uwagi przywiązuje się do oceny bezpośredniego wpływu żywności modyfikowanej genetycznie na zdrowie człowieka. Celem prezentowanej pracy jest przedstawienie potencjalnych i realnych zagrożeń dla zdrowia ze strony GMO.
