Abstract
The article deals with the issues of legislative regulation of cars with foreign registration imported to Ukraine. On the basis of the norms of the Ukrainian laws, the prospect of improving mutual trade, making better customs legislation, adopting new legal norms that will regulate economic and trade relations with the states of the European Union and the USA are analyzed. The mentioned activities will give Ukraine a possibility to protect the rights of all subjects of ownership and economic and will provide social orientation of the economy.
