Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists, a positive foreign experience of legal regulation of the attraction of employees to disciplinary liability is researched. The ways of introducing such experience in Ukraine in order to improve the relevant institute and the current legislation are determined. It is noted that in the majority of leading European countries and the world there is developed a rather perfect mechanism for bringing employees to disciplinary responsibility.
