Zastosowanie narzędzi opartych na technologii Web 2.0 do implementacji wiedzy i umiejętności logistycznych – case study

Abstract
W artykule zaprezentowano możliwość wykorzystania technologii Web 2.0 do szkolenia i rozwoju kompetencji kadr logistycznych na przykładzie platformy LOGISTICTUBE. Multimedialny serwis, którego użytkownicy nie tylko generują popyt na usługi szkoleniowe, ale sami tworzą materiały treningowe, staje się odpowiedzią na wymagania stawiane przed współczesną branżą szkoleniową. Pracownicy potrzebują w krótkim okresie czasu precyzyjnych informacji pozwalających nabyć im nowe umiejętności. Ich dostępność w powiązaniu ze zbiorem dobrych praktyk odpowiada oczekiwaniom kierowanym wobec instytucji szkoleniowych.
