Abstract
The recently announced course of reforms on the establishment of our country requires a clear vision of Ukraine's prospects and the development of a range of specific tasks aimed at achieving the stated goal of strengthening national competitiveness, ensuring sustainable socio-economic development and high standards of living for citizens. In modern conditions of world transformation the key tasks of state power in the field of internal security is to overcome the disproportions in the social and humanitarian sphere by creating economic and social conditions for the birth rate, restriction of outflow of population abroad and ensuring the conformity of educational services to the perspective needs of society and the state in the labor resources of the necessary qualifications. The spirituality of the nation in the field of education is manifested in its relation to the organization of the education system, its accessibility and quality, the ability to receive it throughout life, thereby continuously improving their knowledge base, which is the basis of the actions of society, providing him with the development and functionality. Under the development and function of the nation is meant growth for a certain period of time its spirituality, professional abilities and skills, scientific knowledge, increase the material complex and its ability to solve more complex problems in a shorter time. This means creating more advanced structures of a man-made environment with increased functionality, the right community.
