Abstract
Досліджено поняття «основне цільове призначення», «цільове призначення», особливості зміни цільового призначення різних форм власності земельних ділянок, стадії землевпорядного процесу при зміні цільового призначення земельних ділянок. З’ясовано наявні законодавчо-нормативні проблеми та шляхи їх вирішення.
