ZERO HOURS EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT AS A TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT UNDER UK LAW

Abstract
The article deals with the legal regulation of the zero hours employment contract under the legislation of Great Britain. The peculiarities of this type of employment contract are defined, features of the legal status of zero hours workers are characterized. Possibilities and prospects for application of this type of employment contract in Ukraine are determined.
