Journal Title: Ginekologia i Położnictwo medical project - Year 2019, Vol 1, Issue 51
Abstract
Zespół odwróconego kierunku przepływu krwi (twin reversed arterial perfusion syndrome – TRAP) stanowi rzadkie powikłanie ciąży wielopłodowej jednozygotycznej jednokosmówkowej. Stanowi on odmianę przewlekłej postaci zespołu przetoczenia krwi pomiędzy płodami, gdzie obok prawidłowo rozwijającego się bliźnięcia dawcy współistnieje drugi płód biorca, który wzrasta pomimo braku akcji serca. W pracy przedstawiono zespół odwróconego kierunku przepływu krwi w ujęciu historycznym
