ЗМІСТ ТА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ ПОНЯТТЯ «НЕФОРМАЛЬНА ОСВІТА ПЕДАГОГІВ»

Abstract

The article reveals the general context of the definition of the concept of "informal education of pedagogues". The main approaches to the implementation of this process are presented in the framework of the organization of teacher’s training. The principles of training of teachers, the conditions and directions of the evolution of this area of educational activity are considered, and the models of its realization are characterized. The actual problems of the system of continuing education of teachers and promising ways of their solution through the application of innovative approaches are determined.
