Abstract
Artykuł nie zawiera abstraktu w języku polskim The subject of this study is an appraisal of the euro position as a reserve currency. The analysis includes: motives for reserve accumulation from a theoretical point of view, optimization criteria of the world currency reserves' level and structure, perspectives of the euro as a reserve currency depending on three scenarios of changes in the international monetary system.
