Journal Title: IOSR Journal of Dental and Medical Sciences (IOSR-JDMS) - Year 2017, Vol 16, Issue 3

Methods: 30 patients with septal deviation and contralateral inferior turbinate hypertrophy were recruited in the study, which was carried out at tertiary level center from May 2014 – May 2016. Results: The results of study showed that both following septoplasty & TRS, post-operative mean NOSE score improvement were highly significant but among these two groups, patient who underwent septoplasty along with TRS had better result. (p<0.05) Study Limitations- longer follow up, larger sample size.
