A LOCATION OF CRIMINALISTIC METHOD OF INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES OF PAST YEARS IN CRIMINALISTIC METHODS OF INVESTIGATION

Abstract
The article analyzes the main scientific approaches to the classifications of forensic investigation techniques. The place of forensic methods of investigation of crimes of past years in different classification systems of forensic methods is determined. It is substantiated that the said investigative technique should be attributed to a group of non-violent methods of investigation, the main functional purpose of which is to supplement the specific methods of investigation of crimes. The differences in the structural construction of the species and non-visual methods of investigation are determined. The au- thor’s approach to the structural construction of a non-perpetual method of investigating crimes of past years is proposed.
