A study of the relationship of Knowledge Leadership with social responsibility and Organizational spirituality in Imam Khomeini Relief Committee

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of Knowledge Leadership with social responsibility and Organizational spirituality. The population of this study consisted of all employees of Imam Khomeini Relief Committee in Kohgiloyeh and Boyerahmad who were 387 personals. And using Cochran’s formula, the sample size became 193. The research was done through descriptive – scaling method. The results showed that there was a meaningful relationship between Knowledge Leadership and social responsibility (r=/31, p<0/01). To determine the contribution of Knowledge Leadership and its components, we once entered the Knowledge Leadership as a whole and again we entered the components of Knowledge Leadership separately in the regression analysis. The results showed that knowledge leadership, as a whole, is able to predict 19.5% of social responsibility variance. And also for a model in which the variables of Knowledge Leadership were the predictor Variable, the square correlation was set between ./057 to ./090. In other words, every element of the knowledge leadership was able to predict social responsibility. There was a significant relationship between knowledge leadership (including knowledge creation, knowledge sharing and knowledge usage and storage) and organizational spirituality. The results confirmed the second hypothesis and indicated that there was a significant relationship between knowledge leadership and organizational spirituality (r = 0/33, p<0/001). With respect to the results of this study, to determine the share of knowledge leadership and its components, we once entered the Knowledge Leadership in general and again we entered the components of Knowledge Leadership separately in the regression analysis. The results showed that Knowledge Leadership, as a whole, was able to predict 21.5% of organizational spirituality variance. And also for a model in which the variables of Knowledge Leadership were the predictor Variable, the square correlation was set between ./055 to ./080 respectively.
