Abstract
Improvement of economic conditions at the management level helps the company to more effectively and efficiently respond to changing external and internal factors. This especially concerns accounting calculations, because some of them are relatively stable, and they serve as a basis for any data to guide. Automation of these operations can both speed up the process of getting the necessary information, and also avoid errors due to human factors. It is very important to choose the correct software for such purposes, because this has an impact on the area of accounting which will be covered, set of functionalities the circle of users and other important aspects that should not be ignored. That is why it is very important to define in the beginning the range of the most probable information systems to use in the enterprise with the account of particular features. It is important to formulate specific requirements for this software and be acquainted with classification, which will make it possible to understand what kind of software most accurately satisfies your needs.
