ACQUIRING THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS BY A CHILD

Abstract
Considering that there are many objects of intellectual property rights, but at first glance the subject of acquiring such rights can be children for inventions, musical and literary works, computer programs, rights of performers. The main issue in this topic is whether the age of the physical person plays a significant role. Consequently, the legislator does not set age requirements. A review of famous and outstanding inventions made by children was made. The possibility of supporting children’s inventions by the state is considered. The importance of constant training of specialists in the field of intellectual property and support of invention is substantiated.
