ACTUAL FEATURES OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES IN REDUCING THE ADMINISTRATIVE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article deals with the features and appointment of the institute of administrative procedures in Ukraine. By analyzing the provisions of national legislation, types of administrative procedures are defined. The peculiarities of administrative procedures and the process of their implementation are revealed. Possible ways of improving administrative procedures in Ukraine are formulated.
