ACTUALIZATION OF ECONOMIC SECURITY MANAGEMENT OF MODERN ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The issue of economic security of enterprises does not lose its relevance in the modern regulated market conditions of their development. Ensuring economic security at the enterprise is a continuous process aimed at protecting the economic interests of both owners and employees within the current legislative environment. On that basis, there is a need for continuous improvement of administrative leverages in the 110 Правовий часопис Донбасу № 4 (65) 2018 context of economic security of enterprises, which must meet the requirements and current realities in the country's economy. In view of the foregoing, this topic is quite relevant and modern, which encouraged the authors to deepen the research in the field of management of economic security of enterprises. The results of the theoretical studies allowed the authors to deepen the conceptual characteristics of the conceptual category “management of economic security of enterprises”, namely: economic category, which determines the process of developing management decisions aimed at reducing the threats to the operation of the enterprise, taking into account the entire range of management segments capable for ensuring the intended level of economic security. In the article from the point of view of improvement of the subject of research, the author's vision of the content of specific principles of economic security of the enterprise was set out. It is proposed to include the following principles: the principle of objectivity and reliability, the principle of optimality and efficiency, the principle of control and responsibility, the principle of science and stimulation. In order to improve the process of management of economic security of enterprises, the organizational segments revealing the phasing of work in this area were selected. According to the results of the research, the authors propose models of management of the economic security service at the enterprise, which are able to improve the state of personnel policy in the context of the performance of functions by officials in the terms of economic security.
