ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY IN UKRAINE: PECULIARITIES OF NORMATIVE SUPPLY

Abstract
The article deals with the administrative aspect of the formation of a national anticorruption policy in the context of the implementation of the Strategy of Public Administration Reform in 2016–2020. The present state of implementation of the national anti-corruption policy in the conditions of changes in national legislation, the normative consolidation of the principles of such a policy is analyzed. The directions of the study of the administrative aspect of the formation of national anti-corruption policies from the position of system-forming factors are substantiated. New approaches to the definition of the essence of prevention of corruption from the positions of the administrative-legal regulation of social relations are proposed. The relevance of the analysis of the institutional components of administrative regulation of public management activity in the process of implementation of the national anti-corruption policy is proved.
