Administrative and legal principles and preconditions for the formation of the Supreme Intellectual Property Court in Ukraine

Abstract
The article deals with the main problem aspects of the administrative and legal foundations for the creation of the Supreme Intellectual Property Court. It is recognized that the creation of the Supreme Intellectual Property Court, was carried out with a number of violations of the administrative and legal principles, which affects the current state of practical implementation of the creation of the said court and impedes its actual activities. The problematic aspects of the administrative-legal status of the Supreme Intellectual Property Court, and the prospects for its improvement are considered. Some recommendations have been formed, aimed at eliminating the problems of the practical implementation of the creation of the court and determined by the prospect of further study of the issues.
