ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY BASES FOR THE DELINGUENCY BY MARITIME TRANSPORT

Abstract
The article is based on the administrative responsibility for the delinquence by maritime transport. In particular, a nor- mative, factual and procedural bases of the administrative responsibility have been observed.
