Abstract
The article is devoted to detection and investigation of problems of institute of impeachment of President of Ukraine. The author analyses experience of foreign countries and various approaches that developed in doctrine of constitutional law according to this institute. The article highlights main ways of improving procedure of impeachment in Ukraine.
