AGE LIMIT FOR JUDGES OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURTS (ON THE MATERIAL OF THE AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC CONSTITUTIONAL COURT)

Abstract
The author proves the thesis that during the normative regulation of the age of the candidates for the posts of judges of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan Republic it is advisable to set a minimum age for employment opportunities post. As for the judges of the Constitutional Court, the age limit of the positions it is advisable to leave at 70 years, without increasing the number of years and have not cancelled this requirement.
