ALIMONY OBLIGATIONS FOR THE CHILD`S MAINTENANCE AS A KIND OF FAMILY RELATIONSHIP

Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of “maintenance” of its relationship with the concept of “maintenance”. Set this category belong to the “responsibilities” and “obligations”. Provided the definition of “maintenance obligations for the maintenance of the child” and the attitude of the legal category to the category of family relationship, highlighted their specific features.
