ANALYTICAL TOOLKIT FOR THE PROCESS OF FORMING STRATEGIC DECISIONS UNDER UNCERTAINTY

Abstract

Characteristics of uncertainty, its levels, and the main differences from risk are provided. Types and levels of uncertainty are reviewed. The order of making stra-tegic decisions is investigated, taking into account uncertainty factor. Analytical instruments, which might be used in making strategic decisions in conditions of different levels of uncertainty, are defined.
