DETERMINANTS OF THE STATE BANK OF DEVELOPMENT FUNCTIONING IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of key positions on the issue of creation and functioning of the State Bank of Development in Ukraine. The primary goal of the creation of such financial institution is justified, based on the current state of national economy and priorities of its development in the strategic perspective. The key mechanisms of implementation of the State Bank of Development in the institutional model of national economy and its financial infrastructure are outlined. The channels of influence of the State Bank of Development on the financial economy of Ukraine are determined.
