Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of problem aspects of insolvency of banking institutions at the present stage of economic and legal reforms in Ukraine, analysis of liquidity components and problems in order to recognize the bank as insolvent, as well as the formulation of conclusions and proposals aimed at improving banking legislation in this area.
