Assessment of socio-economic features of the north regional market of housing property of Ukraine

Abstract

Annotation. Purpose. The article analyzes socio-economic indicators that reflect the peculiarities of the Northern Regional Real Estate Market in Ukraine. Methodology of research. The objectives of the article implemented by using the following research methods: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, concretization, abstraction, the method of historical and logical research. Findings. The boundaries of which are outlined in accordance with the author's vision of the territorial division of the national housing market. In the process of studying market characteristics, the author paid special attention to such indicators of life of the regional market of residential real estate as: geographical, demographic, mental, economic and social. At the same time, the author did not overlook the following important indicators of regional development: the volume of available housing stock, the gross regional product, the volume of capital investment in housing, the volume of residential housing adopted, the average cost of residential property of varying levels of accessibility. Practical value. The peculiarity of the research carried out by the author is the practical and theoretical substantiation of the functional efficiency of the northern regional housing market, based on the economic, social and empirical potential benefits of the region.
