Normative and legal support of the Ukraine tourist market development

Abstract
Annotation. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to implement a comprehensive analysis of regulatory and legal support of the Ukrainian tourism services market development. Methodology of research. To achieve the scientific goals, the following research methods were used: generalization and systematization; system and complex analysis; graphical and tabular methods. Findings. The assessment of regulatory and legal support for the functioning of the tourism services market in Ukraine under the prism of strengthening the integration processes of the state are implemented. The results of the analysis of regulatory and legal support of the tourism services market functioning made it possible to justify the need for harmonization of the national legislation in the sphere of tourism with the legislation of the European Union, as well as national standards with international ones, the transition to international ISO standards in the field of tourism and standards that ensure the tourism business sustainable development. Practical value. The practical significance of the research results lies in the fact that the obtained provisions can be used for the formation and implementation of the integration strategy of the in Ukrainian tourism services market development.
