BACKGROUND OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RIGHTS DEVELOPMENT AND TRENDS ON HUMAN RESEARCH: HISTORICAL AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article traces the changes of legislation and legal practice from the very beginning of the emergence of certain elements of human rights to self-defense to full-fledged consolidation in the current Ukrainian legislation. The preconditions of occurrence and the periods of development of human right to self-defense at different historical stages of development of Ukrainian statehood, each of which are subjected to detailed scientific analysis, are determined.
