Biblioteka medyczna w internecie - przestrzeń zorientowana na użytkownika

Abstract
The aim of the presentation is to show solutions that optimize websites of medical libraries. The authors attempt to show the principles of creating websites that can increase the attractiveness of library websites. We think, that the modern and user-friendly library website can act as a virtual business card. A clear lay-out, access to library resources on-line or electronic evaluation questionnaires, it is only a sample solution with implemented, increase the level of satisfaction of virtual users. Even the smallest increase of satisfaction shows that modern solutions do not threaten the traditional model of the library but helps to increase the quality of service’s for a representative of the mass culture. Celem wystąpienia jest prezentacja rozwiązań, służących optymalizacji stron internetowych bibliotek medycznych, w kontekście ich funkcjonalności i otwartości na użytkowników. Autorzy próbują przybliżyć zasady tworzenia stron www, które mogą podnieść atrakcyjność bibliotecznych witryn internetowych. Ponadto wyrażają przekonanie, że nowoczesna i przyjazna użytkownikowi strona internetowa biblioteki, może pełnić funkcję jej wirtualnej wizytówki. Przejrzysty lay-out, dostęp do zasobów bibliotecznych w trybie on-line, czy elektroniczna ankieta ewaluacyjna, to tylko przykładowe rozwiązania, które wprowadzone w życie, podnoszą poziom satysfakcji wirtualnych użytkowników. Choćby najmniejszy wzrost tej satysfakcji pozwala wierzyć, że nowoczesne rozwiązania nie zagrażają tradycyjnemu modelowi biblioteki, ale są windą, dzięki której, to co w nim najlepsze, otwiera się na niemalże archetypicznego już przedstawiciela kultury masowej.
