CERTIFICATION OF PUBLIC SERVANTS: PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION AND ENFORCEMENT IN THE CASE OF NATIONAL POLICE ATTESTATION

Abstract
The article analyzes some sciences sources, regulatory acts and judgements. The author defines main stages of public servants’ official evaluation and describes some problem of legal regulation and enforcement, inherent to the preparatory phase of the certification, to the interview stage and to certifying commission reports. The author formulates some recommendations for better regulation and management of National Police staff certification.
