CHARACTERISTIC OF INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS OF THE OMBUDSMAN INSTITUTE ON THE PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF PASSENGERS

Abstract
The article deals with the issue of the characteristics of the international standards of the Ombudsman Institute for the protection of the rights of servicemen. Familiarized with the source base that defines international human rights standards and the foundations of international and national ombudsman institutions. The documents issued by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe were analyzed.
