THEORETICAL CALCULATION AND REGULATORY ASPECTS OF THE SUBSISTENCE MINIMUM IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the legislation Ukraine in the sphere of social protection which regulates the legal, economic and organizational basis for the formation of sufficient subsistence level population. The basic problems in filling limit and procedure updates the consumer basket. The problem of the formation of modern social standards and qualitatively new approaches to social standards and norms as basic elements of social policy.
