CHORAL ARRANGEMENTS OF FOLK SONGS IN THE WORKS OF HANNA HAVRYLETS

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the specifics of the genre of folk song processing in the context of the work of the outstanding Ukrainian composer Hanna Havrylets. Appeal to folklore is inherent in the national composer's school. The use of folk songs represents a broad field for the implementation of various authoring concepts. The choir processing of Hanna Havrylets is characterized by the character of lyrical personal expression. The principle of formation of the second form is used; as a result of which processing of folk songs has the features of such genres as poem and cantata. The individual style H. Havrylets is characterized by the reproduction of a folk type of voice sense, a subtle timbre and tonal drama, and a careful use of each sound.
