Abstract
The article considers the directions of improving the functioning of public facilities based on the use of RFID and CRM technology. The implementation significantly increases the level of satisfaction of consumers with services. Increase in the efficiency of using the infrastructure of the water park is substantiated. The directions of improving the functioning of logistical flows of information and relations with clients of the water park are considered. The level of loyalty of visitors to the water park is increased due to the client-oriented system of interconnection.
