CLASSIFICATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE RISKS OF LEADERS’ ACTIVITY IN THE FIELD OF EXECUTION OF PUNISHMENTS

Abstract
A qualitative assessment of administrative risks of leaders’ activity in the field of execution of punishments is made in the article. It is proved that in conditions of dynamic transformations in organizational structure of the Penitentiary System governing, under the influence of reform processes, there is a possibility of administrative risks increasing. The main criteria of the classification of the risks according to different characteristics that caused the necessity and expediency of systemic classification of administrative risks were analyzed. The author’s view of the approach to the systematization of types of administrative risks that will give an opportunity for leaders to have comprehensive and detailed approach for governing in difficult and non-standard situations is proposed.
